Single late arrival overnight. Lovely lobby. Seventh floor room as far as one could get from the elevator. Lovely view of the other tower and the parking lot. Shower door would not close, hence lots of water on the floor after a shower. Standard sized room. (16 x16?) 30" flat screen TV. Minimal interaction with the staff so can't really *rate* them however, there were 2 porters who were awesome as we were leaving. Overall impression? 100 year old hotel, with all the amenities one would expect of a 100 year old hotel. Bathroom had been modernized and not much else. Check in. Check out. If I had my druthers, I think I'll try the Travelodge across the street should I need to visit Chicago again.

Great Location in the heart of Downtown Chicago! Nice hotel, large space with a lot of common space to relax in. Will definitely want to stay here again!
Definitely paid more than what it was worth. Staff was nice, hotel is obviously overdue on some renovations. Bed was super uncomfortable, room was overall outdated. The restaurant food was a plus. Probably won't be booking here again however, got no sleep in that bed. Also parking was absolutely abysmal but it's downtown Chicago so I wasn't really expecting much.
