I booked this room because it was rated 4.5 stars and some of the reviews said rooms were clean, which is the most important consideration for us. The only rooms left, were “accessible”, but that was okay, because we just needed a place to sleep for the night. We walked through the lobby on the way to our room and also saw where breakfast would be served the next morning. No red flags whatsoever. No funky smells as we opened the door to our room. The first thing we noticed was the toilet paper holder that was hanging out of the wall. Also, a mirror was dusty and streaked. Both were indicative of the general condition of the room. A bigger problem was the nasty bathroom floor. If not for the late hour we would’ve gone somewhere else.
We are disappointed to hear that this hotel fell so short of expectations. We will follow up with you via your contact email regarding this.
Clean room, spacious. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff!! Will definitely stay there again!!!
