Comfort Suites Columbia Northeast

I am so disgusted and disappointed. After traveling over an hour after a long day of work, I arrived to the hotel. The room was not good. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned and when I called the front desk I was given a bottle of cleaner and rag. I was instructed to leave it out the door. To make matters worse, I wanted to take a shower but couldn't because it too was dirty. The toilet had old dried up urine under the seat. I was too tired to clean anything else. Of course the next day I purchased bleach and disinfectant to clean the bathroom. The head board was covered deep in dusk. The microwave did function correctly. We were given the proper coffe cup and was only given thin ice cups. No wash clothes were available Saturday until Sunday morning. The refrigerator had a large wall of ice in back but it didn't keep my items cold. I paid too much money to experience this kind of service. Too bad I arrived so late. I am from Columbia originally and I never had an experience like this. My blood pressure was high from the stress.
