The hotel was renovated and converted to a new brand in 2023. Kitchenettes with cookware, dinnerware and utensils along with extra drawer space make the units perfect for longer stays. Smoke free premises. 89 efficiencies, some two bedrooms. 3 stories, interior corridors.

I stayed here for a total of 8 nights in May. I was in 2 different rooms during my stay, and both were clean, updated, and comfortable. Each had a full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher, along with a stovetop, microwave, and garage disposal. Ally at the front desk was amazing!! Friendly, personable, professional, and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back to Eagan, and I will definitely be staying here again!!
