Low to no service when checking in, no one around when checking out. Phone in room did not work. No remote for the T V. Needed cleaning over all. Outside was underconstruction, materials everywhere.
Sink bairly drained, concrete stairway was crumbling and the metal plate was just hanging there which is a trip Hazzard. Room also had an odd smell to it. The beds were extreamly noisy and would creek woth every little movment. The pool hours are almost nonexistent. Hotel is currently under construction so mabye this issues will be fixed in the future but I deffiently do not recommend staying there untill that time.

I booked two rooms through AAA website thinking I would get a better rate but when I check in the hotel the rate was $50 cheaper per night if I had booked through the hotel resulting in spending an extra $100 per night for the two rooms. Very disappointed in AAA for the up charge. The hotel has been remodeled and clean. However, the bed mattress was horrible, not a good nights sleep at all. The breakfast was adequate and satisfied. The front desk staff was friendly.
Gated parking, gave a feel of trouble in the area.. Noisy, small bathroom, double, not queen beds. Breakfast was good. Chose this property for price and BW name.
