We could not get the temperature of the room to be comfortable. Also there was a lack of usb connections to charge our electronic devices.

Clean rooms and a nice staff. Check in was easy. The desk staff were very helpful with recommendations on where to eat. They also helped with directions on how to get to Walmart. With my wife's knee the only recommendation would be higher toilets.
