Located adjacent to the University of Michigan campus, modern guest rooms are modest in size but offer elegant solid wood furnishings, triple-sheet bedding and upholstered chairs. Most bathrooms include stand-alone showers. Smoke free premises. 66 units. 3-4 stories, interior corridors.

Very old, outdated hotel. Uncomfortable bed, poor quality bedding and bathroom towels., Toilet was at the level for a small child. Very noisy room, could hear church bells tolling every 15 minutes. Difficult to regulate room temperature. No parking. Expected more for the price.
