The staff was friendly at checkin. The checkin process was slow when we arrived between 3 and 4 to checkin. The man up front was the one up front checking people in and answering the phone. He could have used additional assistance at that time since that was checkin time. The price was great since we needed multiple rooms thanks AAA. The front area, elevator and hallways were clean. We checked into our room. The room at a glance looked clean and the beds were comfy to sleep. However, the sheets on one bed looked stained in our double bed room. The stain looked like mold. My daughter has allergies to mold. We had to request additional sheets and pillow cases. We waited 20 minutes to get a sheet and had to wait another 10 minutes to get all the sheets needed. The bathroom had stains on half the towels. Looked like mascara and foundation stains. So that was a little frustrating. The shower was hot and the bathroom was clean otherwise. The room was clean minus the coffeemaker had dust and water stains on it and on the water filter area. The coffee and tea in the room would have been used if it wasn't for that. If you want something other than sugar or pink sweetner for the room bring your own. The dresser under the TV became the star of the show for a little bit. We had noises coming from the back side of the dresser in our room for about 10 minutes. My family was o the otherwise of the wall. I called them to confirm it wasn't them making noise. The walls are a little thin so you can hear loud noises. However it wasn't my family making noise. Then in another room we had there was knocking or tapping on the widow through out the night. We were on the third floor and there were no trees near by causing it. We hot up to go to breakfast and headed down at 730 am and the cleaning staff was waiting in the hallway asking if we were done. I would suggest adding a do not disturb sign to your door until you return so they don't ask that. They also were blocking the hallway with the carts. That is a little rough when you use walking assistance like a cane. The breakfast room was clean. The variety of breakfast items were decent. Multiple types of juice, milk, coffee, and tea. There was bagels, toast, pancakes you make yourself in a cute machine and biscuits and gravy. There are jellies, butter, cream cheese, peanut butter and such. There is cereal, apples (no other fruit), yogurt, and some pasties. We went back up to our room gathered our things and checked out by 9 am. Upon leaving from our room the staff asked if we were leaving so they could clean our room. The parking lot has three entrances on the front. I recommend the north entrance and exit to save your vehicle. The other two entrances facing the east or towards the capital are at horrible angles you will scrap your front end of the vehicle if it is old or large.

The exercise room was very sparse. I could not locate the "spa" that was advertised. I had to go back out to my vehicle to get my license plate # to check-in. Hadn't done that for years. I found the desk clerk very condescending!

Free breakfast wasn’t that good. Wasn’t good variety.
