When we were checking out the attendant was rude when I asked for a trolley. He insisted on staying with the trolley even though we weren't ready to load it yet. I told him he could wait outside of our room if he wanted to and he made a sarcastic remark which was unnecessary. Also, there was no where close on the property to walk my dog and we had to walk 2 blocks up the hill. It would be great if the hotel could provide a small green space on the property for guests with pets, otherwise, the hotel should not be considered pet friendly.
