this hotel is very frustrating, so stay away if you can. We only stayed here because WinStar was booked for the two nights that we were going to WinStar, so this was the last option and other surrounding hotels were booked as well. Upon arrival the gentleman working the front desk was absolutely clueless when it came to checking me in. I asked him to change the card that I had on file and use that card to charge me. I was using the other card just to basically book the room but I wanted the charges to go on another card which I handed to him. At check-in he told me that my credit card was declining which it wasn’t because I pulled up my banking app and he charged me as soon as he swiped the card, but continued to tell me that my card was declining , he then asked me if I could just step aside so he could help out other people but I was not willing to do that because it was my turn to get checked into my room considering it was 9 o’clock at night so just because you’re having issues on your end, checking me in why do I need to let 5 other people go ahead of me? he continued to tell me that my card was not working and my AAA number wasn’t working either. It was a complete disaster. Finally I told him to go ahead and just give me my room keys so I can get everything up to the two rooms that I had and I would be sure to come back down in the morning and possibly talk to a manager to resolve the issue, but at the end of the day there shouldn’t have been an issue because my card went through, but he continued to tell me that it wasn’t going through stay away from this place. after that I got an email with my charges and my charges did not line up to my charges that AAA sent me in my email. I understand that there are additional taxes but the additional taxes were sent to me from AAA so my AAA confirmation email and the receipt that I received from him the charges were off. It was only $25 but the point is that things were not matching up and that’s just not good customer service.
