Man at front desk during check in was extremely rude to customer before me as well as me - told him my name, he said as he was on the computer “no” so I thought he was talking to me and I told him that I had made the reservation recently and he curtly said “I have your reservation up maam.” Then we were given a room that I did not pay for (king bed when I paid for two doubles). When I went back the employees were outside smoking. I was told I was given what they had and I couldn’t get anything else but AAA sold me this room. The other employee was more accommodating and found us the right room but one toilet did not flush properly and the carpet was wet the entire time. No linens for the pull out sofa were provided and no help from the front desk. Breakfast in the morning, supposed to be included but had no water, juice, or barely any food available - just cereal, grits and bread/bagels, and no napkins, towels or utensils for the bathroom or breakfast.
