Campground Overview
Located in East Moline, Illinois, Lundeen's Landing Campground offers 15/20/30/50 amp service sites along with tent sites for those seeking a more traditional experience. One may take advantage of the many amenities offered that include restroom and shower facilities, general store, dump station, picnic area, trash services and fire pits to name a few. Enjoy a day soaking up some sun while enjoying outdoor activities that include canoeing, kayaking, tubing, outdoor swimming and fishing. Whether its for a night or two, we hope to welcome you soon!

Rules
CHECK OUT POLICY:
CHECK OUT POLICY: Check-out is 12pm. Check-out means your campground site must be vacated by no later than 12pm. Late departures are subject to additional fees. We ask that you honor our check-out time promptly to minimize hardship on our staff and the next arriving guests.
PAYMENTS:
PAYMENTS: All payments will be taken through online reservation only. All bookings under 30 days must be paid in full at the time of booking. Stays over 30 days will have to pay a minimum of a $100 deposit and 30 days worth of the total reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. Online reservations require a 3% processing fee. If your initial deposit payment is declined at the time of booking, there will be no reservation made. These rules have been established for the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Violations of these rules are grounds for termination of your reservation and removal from the park with no refund. Lundeen’s Landing reserves the right to amend these rules without notice. In addition to these stated rules, guests must follow the reasonable directions of park staff and host.
Pet Restrictions
PETS: Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas. Maximum of 2 Pets allowed. Managers have the right to ask the guest to leave, without refund, for not obeying the posted Pet Policy. • Pit Bulls are not allowed on the premises. • No livestock permitted in the campground • Cats are not permitted to roam the park freely.
TRASH:
TRASH: Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters located around the park or take it with you when you leave. Please keep your campsite and river clean by cleaning up litter.
CHECK IN POLICY:
CHECK IN POLICY: At this time, we do not offer self-check-ins or after-hours options to our guests. While we do understand that with travel comes the unexpected, we also boast a quiet and safe campground. In order for us to make good on this promise to our guests, we ask that all guests try to be checked in between 1pm and 5pm. Please time your drive so that you arrive on time. Early arrival is subject to availability and additional fee. If you are running late, please notify our Campground Host via phone or through the Rover pass messaging portal.
CANCELATION POLICY:
CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at minimum thirty (30) days prior to arrival for a full refund. Any cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of your scheduled arrival date will forfeit a all deposit amount. Cancellations made within 29-15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. For instructions on how to cancel your reservation please visit: https://help.roverpass.com/how-to-cancel-reservation-campers No-Show – If you do not call or show up by 9 PM on the night of your scheduled arrival, your entire reservation is subject to cancellation and all payments will be forfeited. There are no partial refunds for Nightly/Weekly/Monthly/Seasonal sites once you have started your stay. If you choose to leave early, then you will forfeit the rest of reservation with NO REFUND.
SAFETY AFTER DARK:
SAFETY AFTER DARK: To ensure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark. The beach is open sunup to sundown.
RESERVATIONS:
RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made 120 days in advance with a restricted maximum stay of 29 days online. Reservations can be taken online through our website, Lundeen’s Landing A full deposit is required at the time of booking. Holidays and special events reservations are nonrefundable, however, with at least two weeks (14) days’ advance notice, the payment may be transferred to a future reservation. All transferred reservations must be used in the same calendar year. A reservation reminder will be sent via email ten (10) days prior to your arrival date.
SITE OCCUPANCY:
SITE OCCUPANCY: Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite. One additional vehicles are allowed per site. Any additional vehicles will have to park by the playground. Please keep vehicles off the grass. Six people are included in booking one site. Maximum of six people per site. No pallets or non-camping related items are allowed in campground. No loud music, unless park hosted concert is scheduled.
GENERAL:
GENERAL: The speed limit in the park is 5mph
Electric use
All stays more than 30 days will be Billed for Metered electric. Any long term stays on sites with no meter will be assessed a daily rate of $2.00 per day electric use for 30 amp and $4.00 per day for 50 amp.

All unpaid balance amounts will have a one time $25.00 fee and $10.00 per day after until paid.
Fishing
Fishing is permitted at the campground (except for at the beach area) If you are over the age of 18 you must have a fishing license.
VEGETATION
VEGETATION No cutting or disturbing any living vegetation. No rugs allowed on grass
Swimming
Swimming is done at your own risk there is no lifeguard on duty.
PORTABLE GRILLS:
PORTABLE GRILLS: Wood, charcoal and gas grills are allowed in the park.
ALCOHOL USE AND SMOKING:
ALCOHOL USE AND SMOKING: Alcohol and smoking are ALLOWED on the premises. Smoking is not allowed in the bath house. Do not throw your tobacco butts on the ground. Please be courteous of neighbors not desiring exposure to dangerous secondhand smoke.
RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE RESOLD:
RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE RESOLD: Reservations cannot be resold and must be canceled and released within Roverpass. Attempts to resell reservations will be flagged and cancelled by Lundeen’s Landing and Roverpass team. Names of guests arriving must match the name on the reservation, no exceptions.
CAMPSITE DAMAGE POLICY:
CAMPSITE DAMAGE POLICY: Campers may be subject to a damage policy fee pending inspection of the rental site. Your credit card will be charged for sewer spills, damages to park property, and picking up pet waste, left on your site.

QUIET TIME: Please respect the quiet time of 10:00 pm
CHILDREN:
CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 19 years or older.
CAMPFIRES:
CAMPFIRES: Campfires are to be in the fire rings only. Fire rings must not be used to dispose of cans, bottles, or other trash. $50 additional charge for fire rings left with trash.
DUMP STATIONS:
DUMP STATIONS: There is an on-site dump station available for sites without water and sewer hookup.
TARPS or SHADE STRUCTURES
TARPS or SHADE STRUCTURES Only new, non-faded canopies are permitted as long as they do not infringe on neighboring sites. No TARPS of any kind shall serve as an awning. ONLY manufactured awnings and screen rooms, designed to attach to the RV, will be permitted.
FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS:
FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS: Prohibited on park property including Airsoft and pellet guns.
FLAGS
FLAGS The American Flag, State Flags, current U.S. Military flags, and Sport Teams flags are the only flags allowed to fly. No other flags are permitted.
LOCKING UP VALUABLES:
LOCKING UP VALUABLES: Lock bikes and other valuables up! The park will not be responsible for any loss caused by fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings, or accidents. Individuals should carry personal insurance to cover any such loss. When away from your RV, please secure and lock your vehicle. Items such as bicycles and scooters should be locked up or secured. Additionally, any personal property and/or valuables left after checkout will be considered abandoned, and the park may dispose of it without notice. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, RVs or vehicles left in the parking lot.
VIOLATION OF POLICIES:
VIOLATION OF POLICIES: Any person(s) found in violation of any of these rules may be asked to leave the campground and not return for the rest of the season, no refund. Any person(s) caught deliberately/ defacing/damaging park facilities / equipment will be removed from and banned from the park, no refund. Any person(s) who damages or causes infractions of campground rules is subject to be fined.
VEHICLE REPAIRS or WASHING RV’s
VEHICLE REPAIRS or WASHING RV’s Washing or repairs to RV’s, trucks, trailers, or cars may not be performed in the park.
