Siam Park City, a large theme park and water park located in the Khan Na Yao district of Bangkok, may seem a little old-fashioned to international visitors. However, some of its newer attractions are impressive, including the Vortex ride, which is one of just two of the world's largest suspended looping roller coasters.
Siam Park's amusement area is separated into four sub-zones that include X-Zone for adrenaline junkies; Fantasy World aimed at teenagers; Small World for the kids; and Family World for everyone to enjoy. The water park features the world's largest wave pool, along with a spa area and various sized swimming pools. There are small, gentle slides for the younger kids, as well as a seven-story speed slide for thrill-seekers and older children. prebooked admission tickets to the park can be upgraded to include convenient round-trip hotel transfers or a buffet lunch.

Siam Park City is around a 45-minute taxi ride from central Bangkok. For a more convenient experience, purchase a tour package that includes admission to the park and roundtrip transportation from your Bangkok hotel.
The park is open daily throughout the year, and Bangkok’s climate is almost always warm enough to enjoy the water attractions. For the least chance of rain during your visit, come during the dry season (November and December). September and October tend to be the rainiest months.
Families will find that Bangkok is a surprisingly kid-friendly destination, with plenty of things to do for families. The Dream World theme park, Madame Tussauds, and Art in Paradise 3D museum all score points with younger travelers. Kidzania, a pint-sized model city, allows little ones to play doctor, firefighter, or police officer for the day.
