The Arcade Cleveland, which used to be known as Cleveland’s Crystal Palace, is a landmark structure with historic wrought-iron balconies and a stunning glass atrium ceiling. Early to the indoor-shopping scene—having opened in 1890—it’s home to shops, services such as a spa and barbershop, and dining options; the mall is also conveniently located near other major attractions, and houses a hotel.

The city’s Regional Transit Authority (RTA) runs free trolleys on weekdays around downtown, stopping near the Arcade. RTA’s HealthLine route also stops near the mall. There’s valet parking on-site, as well as parking options on Euclid Avenue and 6th Street.
The Arcade is open daily, but individual shop and restaurant hours may vary. Expect to run into crowds during the holiday season, when live performances take place here. Overall, the most popular time to visit Cleveland is in the summer months, but the spring and fall seasons also offer pleasant weather for exploring.
