Wyoming Territorial Prison State Historic Site

Wyoming Territorial Prison State Historic Site is at 975 Snowy Range Rd. at jct. I-80 exit 311. The site features a restored 19th-century prison, a warden's house, a prison industries building, a homestead ranch display, museum exhibits, a nature trail and special events. The 1872 prison is said to be the only prison in which outlaw Butch Cassidy was incarcerated and an exhibit marks his time there.
