Geological Museum

Geological Museum is in the e. wing of the S.H. Knight Building at the University of Wyoming. The museum interprets the physical and historical geology of the state through displays of rocks, minerals and fossils. Of interest is a mounted skeleton of a brontosaurus, purported to be one of only five exhibited in the world. Other dinosaur displays include an allosaurus, tyrannosaurus and triceratops.
