Wildwood Wildlife Park and Nature Center

Wildwood Wildlife Park and Nature Center is 2 mi. w. of US 51 at 10094 SR 70 W. More than 1,000 mammals, birds and reptiles live in the 269-acre park. Visitors to the animal encounter area can pet a porcupine, tortoise, skunk, woodchuck and other animals. Visitors also can walk among deer, feed the bear “bear juice,” feed the camel, and visit the primate and reptile educational centers. Highlights include flamingos, black and white ruffed lemurs, red-ruffed lemurs and the Dino Dig. Nature programs are offered daily. Boat rides, a safari train ride and trout fishing are available.
