Black Point Estate Boat and House Tour

Black Point Estate Boat and House Tour departs from the Riviera Docks at 812 Wrigley Dr. Located on a bluff overlooking Lake Geneva, the 4-story, 13-bedroom 1888 Black Point Mansion was home to wealthy brewer Conrad Seipp and his family. A 1.5-hour tour is offered of the mansion's first two floors and its grounds. Visitors arrive by boat; the 45-minute ride is narrated each way. A series of about 100 stairs connect the pier to the house; comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
