Kenosha Public Museum

Kenosha Public Museum is at 5500 First Ave. in HarborPark. A two-story atrium cuts through the center of this museum, an architectural representation of the glacier that sculpted Wisconsin during the Ice Age. Natural history exhibits include the Schaefer mammoth, excavated in Kenosha County. A walk-through model of a Native American village recreates life in the early 1800s. An art gallery features temporary exhibits.
