Chippewa Valley Museum

Chippewa Valley Museum is in Carson Park at 1204 E. Half Moon Dr. This regional history museum includes exhibits about the fur trade, European settlement, local industries, farm life, health care and the Ojibwe and Ho-Chunk's beadwork. The museum also offers a working 1950s ice cream parlor, and an 8-foot long, 22-room dollhouse furnished with hundreds of miniatures. An 1880s one-room school and 1860s Norwegian log home on the grounds are open for tours April through October.
