Museum of Minerals and Crystals

Museum of Minerals and Crystals is 4 mi. n. on SR 23. Displayed are more than 3,000 rock, mineral and crystal specimens mostly from Africa, Australia, Brazil, China, England, Mexico and the United States. A 90-pound quartz crystal, a 315-pound agate, a 215-pound a geode amethyst and gemstone picture of Man o' War are highlights. Fluorescent material is displayed in a black-lit room. Horseback riding is available.
