Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens

Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens is 1.5 mi. w. off I-5 exit 21 at 115 S. Pekin Rd. This 4.5-acre garden was the former estate of the renowned hybridizer Hulda Klager, whose work with lilacs brought her acclaim. A variety of plants, trees and shrubs grow in the gardens. Lilacs bloom from approximately mid-April to mid-May.

Self-guiding tours of the 1889 pioneer farmhouse are offered during the lilac blooming period.
