Tennant Lake Interpretive Center

Tennant Lake Interpretive Center is at 5236 Nielsen Rd. The center offers displays interpreting the seasons as well as a nature walk and a boardwalk trail around a marshy wetland. There are unobstructed views of the lake and wetland habitat from the top of a 50-foot-tall tower. A special kid’s area encourages hands-on activities. The Fragrance Garden is specially designed for people with blindness or low vision; plants have singular smells and textures and are signed in Braille.
