Schooner Alliance depart Riverwalk Landing Pier at the corner of Ballard and Water sts. on the downtown waterfront. Two-hour sightseeing cruises sail along the York River, past Yorktown Battlefield, where America won its independence. Two-hour sunset sails and science cruises also are offered. Family-friendly pirate adventure cruises are offered in summer.
