George Washington’s Office Museum

George Washington’s Office Museum is s. on US 11 at jct. S. Braddock and W. Cork sts. This small log building served as Washington’s office 1755-56 while he built Fort Loudoun. Visitors can see some of Washington’s personal effects and related artifacts, including rare surveying instruments from that era.
