Stowe Recreation Path

Stowe Recreation Path starts in the center of the village at 137 Main St.; parking areas provide access along the route. This 5.5-mile scenic pathway follows a mountain stream north toward Mount Mansfield, past cornfields, woodlands, pastures and swimming holes. This was the first such path where land was donated by individual owners rather than purchased by a government.

Note: Use is restricted to pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles. Camping and overnight parking are not permitted.
