Vermont Covered Bridge Museum

Vermont Covered Bridge Museum, inside the Bennington Center for the Arts at 44 Gypsy Ln., describes the history of the state's and nation's covered bridges, many of which were destroyed in a late 1920s flood. Visitors view miniature replicas of covered bridges and learn about the bridges' builders, architectural styles and locations. A resource center contains information about covered bridges across the country.
