Brigham Young University, at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, is one of the largest church-related private universities in the nation. Its 634-acre campus is dominated by the 112-foot Centennial Carillon Tower, where 52 bells ring at intervals throughout the day. The Hosting Center offers free 45-minute guided riding tours of the campus. Appointments are recommended, though walk-in visitors can be accommodated, based on availability.
