Heritage Village Museum

Heritage Village Museum is 1.5 mi. w. on US 190. The village offers a glimpse of life in a rural Texas farm community. Buildings include a saloon; a railroad depot; blacksmith and apothecary shops; physician's and lawyer's offices; a schoolhouse; the Fiber Arts Building; the Railroad Museum; and the Buggy Barn, which is filled with antique buggies and wagons. An East Texas model railroad and a nature trail also are on the grounds. Guided tours are available by reservation.
