Museum of Texas Handmade Furniture

Museum of Texas Handmade Furniture is at 1370 Church Hill Dr. The museum exhibits one of the largest collections of Texas-Biedermeier furniture crafted by German cabinetmakers 1840-1880. View the furniture in the 1858 Breustedt-Dillen house and its limestone kitchen as well as in a restored dogtrot cabin built by one of New Braunfels' original settlers. An extensive collection of English ironstone complements the furniture. Other exhibits include a cabinetmaker's shop with historic tools.
