National Videogame Museum

National Videogame Museum, 8004 North Dallas Pkwy., preserves the history of gaming since its beginnings in the 1970s with interactive exhibits and rare memorabilia. Highlights include a reproduced boy's bedroom from the 1980s, complete with “Star Wars” sheets and a Nintendo console. Visitors can play a wide variety of games on consoles and personal computers; there's even a huge 15-foot-high Pong game and a video game arcade that has such games as Centipede and Donkey Kong.
