Art Museum of South Texas

Art Museum of South Texas is at 1902 N. Shoreline Blvd. The museum overlooks the bay and provides a unique view of the USS Lexington Museum on the Bay . Within the permanent collection are hand-tooled and filigree saddles, Nicaraguan pottery, and Western oil paintings and bronze pieces. Traveling exhibitions feature artists ranging from traditional to contemporary.
