Rock Castle

Rock Castle is at 139 Rock Castle Ln. This seven-level limestone Federal house dating from the late 18th century was built by Gen. Daniel Smith, a U.S. senator who, as a surveyor, drew the first map of Tennessee. A smokehouse and a lake are on the grounds.
