Creative Discovery Museum

Creative Discovery Museum is .1 mi. e. of US 27 exit 1C at 321 Chestnut St. Hands-on exhibits are geared for children under age 13 and include River Play, Excavation Station, Little Yellow House, Make It Space, Lookout Tower and Arts Alley. A dinosaur dig, netted climbing structure, water course, art lessons, infant garden and riverboat are popular. A second-floor gallery houses the rooftop Fun Factory and temporary exhibits.

Food is available at the on-site cafe daily 11-4.
