D.C. Booth Historic National Fish Hatchery and Archives

D.C. Booth Historic National Fish Hatchery and Archives is off I-90 exit 12, following signs to where Canyon St. meets Spearfish Creek. Established in 1896, the former trout hatchery building has been restored and houses a museum with displays relating to fish culture. Also on the site are the National Fish Culture Hall of Fame, an underwater fish-viewing area, a fishery rail car, a fishery boat and the 1905 home of the hatchery's first superintendent, which is furnished in period.
