Mann-Simons Site

Mann-Simons Site is at 1403 Richland St.; tours depart from Robert Mills House and Gardens at 1616 Blanding St. Commercial and domestic establishments owned and operated by several generations of an African American family (circa 1843-1970) once occupied the property. Only one of the houses remains; it contains exhibits about the family and the site. The Outdoor Museum on the site's grounds includes ghost structures representing the buildings that once stood on the property paired with interactive wayside signage.

Tickets are issued at Robert Mills House and Gardens.
