Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site is at 222 S. Broad St. The 106-acre museum includes the original 18th-century Camden townsite and restored buildings, including the Bradley, Craven, Cunningham, Drakeford and McCaa houses. Also on the site are reconstructions of Revolutionary War fortifications, the powder magazine and a reconstruction of the 1777 Kershaw-Cornwallis House, which British general Charles Cornwallis made his war headquarters. A Revolutionary War reenactment is held the first full weekend in November.
