Edison Phonograph Museum (Musée Edison du Phonographe), 9812 rue Royale, explains the history of Thomas Alva Edison's invention of the cylinder phonograph. More than 200 of them are exhibited, including some of the rarest. Of particular interest is a display of talking dolls, the second commercial application of phonographic technology. Bilingual guided tours are available by appointment.
