Cosmodôme

Cosmodôme is off Hwy. 15 exit 8, .5 km (.3 mi.) w. on boul. St-Martin, .8 km (.5 mi.) n. on boul. Pierre Péladeau, and .2 km (.1 mi.) on av. du Cosmodôme. The Cosmodôme is a science center devoted to the science and technologies of space flight. Visitors choose from three interactive “missions”; during each 60-minute educational experience, participants must make decisions as if they were interplanetary explorers, engineers or space station workers.

In addition more than 50 hands-on displays relate the laws of space science. A 3-day, 2-night space camp also is offered for ages 9-15; phone ahead for details.

Guided tours are available. Picnicking is permitted. Food is available. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
