Classic. Local organic ingredients, including fresh herbs from the owner's garden, are used in such menu preparations as grilled lamb chops with pea risotto, Blooming Grove smoked trout with capers and horseradish or confit duck with roasted fennel. All the creations are served in the pale warm glow of the amber lamps in the Arts and Crafts-style dining room or on the covered porch overlooking the splendid gardens. Brunch is available on weekends, breakfasts daily for guests at the adjacent inn.
