Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery

Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery is at 219 E. Main St. In 1861 Julius Sturgis established what is said to be the first pretzel bakery in the United States. Handmade soft pretzels are baked on the premises. Visitors are taught how to twist pretzel dough and about baking in the 1860s.
