Samek Art Museum

Samek Art Museum is at jct. Moore Ave. and 7th St. on the third floor of the Elaine Langone Center on the Bucknell University campus (there also is a satellite gallery downtown at 416 Market St.). The permanent collection comprises more than 5,500 works in a variety of media by American and international artists from various time periods as well as objects from different cultures and countries. A highlight includes the Kress collection of Renaissance paintings.

A student art show is held annually, and rotating exhibitions accompanied by lectures are held throughout the year.
