National Shrine of Saint Katharine Drexel

National Shrine of Saint Katharine Drexel, 1663 Bristol Pike, houses the tomb of the founder of the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament. Born into the wealthy Philadelphia Drexel family in 1858, Katharine Drexel devoted her life to the church and donated her $20 million inheritance to benefit African Americans and Native Americans.
