Ohio Statehouse

Ohio Statehouse is at Broad and High sts. at 1 Capitol Square; tours depart from the Map Room on the ground floor. Considered to be one of the best examples of Greek Revival architecture in the United States, the 1861 building contains historical documents, portraits and other works commemorating Ohio's noted governors and U.S. presidents. A stained-glass Great Seal of Ohio is in the center of the rotunda dome.

The Ohio Statehouse Museum on the ground floor features a variety of interactive exhibits related to state government and history. The Ohio Holocaust and Liberators Memorial stands on the grounds.
