“Behalt” at the Amish & Mennonite Heritage Center

“Behalt” at the Amish & Mennonite Heritage Center is .75 mi. e. on SR 39, then 1 mi. n. on CR 77. This 265-foot cyclorama, by international artist Heinz Gaugel, illustrates the heritage of the Amish and Mennonite people. Also on the grounds are a one-room schoolhouse and a pioneer barn with an original Conestoga wagon. A video presentation about the local community is shown.
