Winkler Bakery

Winkler Bakery, on S. Main St., n. of Salem Sq., was built in 1800 and is part of the Old Salem Museums & Gardens complex. Inside the restored building, bakers demonstrate early baking methods using historic recipes and a wood-fired brick beehive oven.
