Kinston-Lenoir County Visitor Center & Civil War Museum

Kinston-Lenoir County Visitor Center & Civil War Museum, 101 E. New Bern Rd., is on the grounds of First Battle of Kinston Battlefield Park. A small museum displays Civil War artifacts. Films about the history of Kinston are shown on the hour in the visitor center. Self-guiding tours begin at the visitor center and include walking paths and interpretive markers.
