Morehead Planetarium and Science Center

Morehead Planetarium and Science Center is on campus at 250 E. Franklin St. The planetarium served as a NASA training center for Mercury, Gemini, Apollo and Skylab astronauts; it contains arts and sciences exhibits, the 220-seat GlaxoSmithKline Fulldome Theater, a rose garden and a large sundial. The west wing features the UNC visitor center.
