Cape May County Historical Museum

Cape May County Historical Museum is .7 mi. n. at 504 US 9N. The Cresse-Holmes House, built about 1704, contains furnishings, costumes, tools and other artifacts that provide a survey of life in early Cape May County. An 1800s barn houses a collection of local Native American artifacts, whaling implements, maritime exhibits and carriages. The Alexander Memorial Library contains documents and photographs pertaining to Cape May County families and local history.
