Philipse Manor Hall State Historic Site

Philipse Manor Hall State Historic Site is at 29 Warburton Ave. This 17th-century residence of wealthy gristmill owner Frederick Philipse was the nucleus of a vast estate that eventually became the town of Yonkers. At one time it served as the city hall; today it is a museum of history, art and architecture.
